8. All Personnel to be officers of Wayzata. The Orono Building <br />Official assigned to duty within Wayzata shall be provided <br />specific authority to administer and enforce the Building Code as <br />provided by this a7reement. Such authority shall be granted by <br />proper action of t e City Council of Wayzata through adoption of <br />an ordinance specifying such authority. <br />9. Enforcement. Enforcement policies within Orono shall prevail. <br />as the enforcement policies within Wayzata. Orono personnel <br />assigned to duty in Wayzata shall enforce the Building Code <br />regulations for Wayzata. The Orono personnel will not enforce <br />any other local, state or federal regulations, including the <br />sections of the Minnesota State Building Code not included in <br />paragraphs 1 and 1 above, zoning or other ordinance or statute <br />within Wayzata unless such enforcement is otherwise specifically <br />provided for by written contract. <br />1; Violations and Penalties. All violations occurrii.g within <br />Wayzata shall be charged in accordance w_th the ordinances of <br />that city and shall be subject to the penalities provided <br />therein. Prosecution of such violati-,n shall be by the <br />Prosecuting Attorney of Wayzata. All co:- 3 expenses incurred <br />by said prosecution shall be paid by Wayz. <br />11. Cooperation and Assistance. Wayzata shall provide full <br />cooperation and assistance to Orono, its officers, agents and <br />employees in the rendering of the Building- inspection services, <br />and the Orono Building Official shall fully cooperate with all <br />c rs, agents and employees of Wayzata. Anv problem resulting <br />i he performance of these building services by the Orono <br />st all bF referred to the Orono Buildi;g Official who must <br />re-6 tc, the Wayzata City Administrator within five days of <br />st ^l ice. If the Building & Zoning Administrator fails to <br />r-:�spt- within the specified time, the entire matter shall be <br />referred to the Orono City Administrator for immediate action. <br />12.
