Section 10.22 Subdivision i Amend section as follows: Subdivision 2 within 75 feet of shoreline there shall be no excavating, filling, hardcover, temporary or permanent structures except as permitted under Subdivision 1 of this section. Within 75 to 250 feet of the shorelii._ there shall be no greater than 25% hardcover. Within 500 feet to 1,000 feet of the shoreline there shall be no greater than 35% hardcover.
