Section 10.22 Subdivision i <br />Amend section as follows: <br />Subdivision 2 within 75 feet of shoreline there shall be no <br />excavating, filling, hardcover, temporary or permanent structures <br />except as permitted under Subdivision 1 of this section. Within 75 to <br />250 feet of the shorelii._ there shall be no greater than 25% <br />hardcover.
