• Scheduling- We are at the mercy of mother nature. Extreme cold (sub 10°) and <br />inclement weather may delay our scheduling. We will do our best in being proactive <br />in these instances and there is no fee for these reschedules. <br />• We will use floor covers to protect your floors. <br />• If there is carpet in the work area it may get wet. This is clean water we use for the install. <br />We will do our best to dry it. <br />• If there is carpet around the cleanout it may get stained from epoxy. <br />• We will have doors and windows left open for hoses and fresh air. <br />• Painted floors are tricky for us. Typically they do not hold up to heavy use from our <br />equipment and constant back and forth. We do our best to be kind to them. Marvel Sewer <br />and Drain will not be held liable for painted floors. <br />• A standard install takes between 5-10 hours. We land the liner within 1-2' of destination <br />(depending on sewer length). <br />• Cure in Place Pipe (CIPP) repair is not a resolution to bellied portions of sewer line. Any <br />currently bellied sections will still exist within the line. <br />Payment <br />Payment is due upon completion of the project unless specifically noted below. We <br />accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.
