Gaffron, <br />Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: June 2, 1986 <br />Subject: #1028 Len Bachkes, 2813 Casco Point Road - Variance <br />Resolution <br />See Planning Commission Memo i Exhibits of 5/15/86 (attached) <br />Planning Commission, at their May 19th meeting, recommended 6-0 <br />to approve the variances for hardcover and side setback as presented, <br />finding that: <br />1. the side setback variance is necessary only for a small <br />portion of the addition because the existing house is not <br />parallel with the side lot line, <br />2. no hardcover is available for tradeoff. <br />A resolution reflecting the Planning Commission recommendation is <br />attached for your review. <br />
