Program Staff: On a part-time basis, program personnel will be <br />responsible for public and group reservation programs. This <br />will include guiding tours, coordinating large special events, <br />designing special programs for groups, etc. <br />Maintendnce: Currently, three seasonal maintenance staff are <br />needed to maintain the Estate, one of which is a permanent part <br />time "lead -gardener." It is not anticipated that additional <br />maintenance personnel will be required if this plan is <br />implemented. <br />Security: The Estate will require security personnel. This <br />will be accomplished through seasonal rangers hired specifically <br />for the Noerenberg Memorial County Park. Schedules will be <br />dictated by visitor patterns and will include both the garden <br />and Nature Area portions of the Estate. <br />Propagation- Plantings for the garden would be annually <br />propagated in the District nursery, therefore eliminating the <br />need for a large greenhouse as proposed in the previous Master <br />Pl an. <br />5. Operating Budget <br />The operating budget for the Noerenberg Memorial County Park will <br />come from three primary sources: <br />Interest from Trust Fund <br />As specified in the will, earnings <br />from the trust will be used primarily for maintenance purposes. <br />According to the court order it appears to be appropriate to use <br />principal for operating programs, however it is the intent of <br />the Committee that the principal oe conserved to provide <br />adequate earrings to finance future operating costs.. <br />
