Avenue within said property, unless it shall already <br /> have been completed as a part of prior devel.opment of the <br /> Tonka property. It is also the intent of the City Council <br /> that any future development of the Sohns property shall <br /> plan for and allow internal access between extended � <br /> Livingston Avenue and the adjacent B�tdorf property. <br /> K. It is the intent of the City Council that any future <br /> development �of the Batdorf property should be designed <br /> to provi.de access solely• via the proposed extension of <br /> Livingston Avenue. If the Batdorf property is developed <br /> prior to the �Sohns property and/or prior to completion <br /> of extended Livingston Avenue, then a limited, temporary <br /> access may be allowed directly to County Road 15, <br /> provided this access, is closed as soon as internal <br /> � access to extended Livingston Avenue becomes available. <br /> L. It is the intent of the Council that these proposed <br /> street plans �will be self-sufficient �within themselves <br /> and will not require or prematurely cause widening, <br /> repaving, channalization nor any other change to any <br /> existing street except for the specified improvements <br /> to Blaine Avenue. <br /> M. These future street plans are in conformance with the <br /> transportation chapter of Orono ' s Comprehensive <br /> Community Management Plan. This resolution may be ' <br /> used in the future to initiate an Official Map pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statutes, Section 462. 359. <br /> .
