City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />c) Based on the lot width standard for lakeshore lots, <br />specifically the LR-lB district, this property qualifies for <br />one riparian lot. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />(three (3) mylars if property is torrens property) and one (1) <br />additional copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary plat drawings by <br />Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. dated December 9, 1985. <br />b) Dedication. of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />c) Designate drainageway and pond area as drainage ease- <br />ments. Minimum width of drainage easement is 15'. <br />d) Shoreline of Lake Minnetonka. <br />2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br />by such, interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Executed Conservation and Flowage Easement (see sample <br />attached); legal description to be filled out as follows: <br />"as shown as the drainage easements appearing on the plat of <br />(Plat name), Hennepin County, Minnesota" <br />3.
