, � �� � � �. <br /> � (� C�t� o� ORONO <br /> • - <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL . <br /> � NO. �T�— <br /> • - • • � <br /> 2) The Schlee property is in the LR-1C-1 zoning district. <br /> 3) Application #585 is for creation of 24 residential lots <br /> to be used for construction of 12 attached twin-homes, <br /> a total of 24 single family dwelling units, according <br /> to a street and lot layout plan generally indicated by <br /> the sketch attached to this resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> 4) The application is for a Planned Residential Development . <br /> (PRD) pursuant to Section 34.621 of the Orono Zoning <br /> Code. <br /> 5) The application includes a request for a nominal lot <br /> density variance from the provisions of Section 34 .621. . <br /> The maximum density for an LR-1C-1 PRD is 3.00 units � <br /> per acre.
