Chairman VanNest opened the Public Hearing at 7:45 P.H. For consideration of zoning amendments involvinq changes in dis- trict boundaries and district classifications within the City. The Zoning AdminlstrL�tor presented the Notice of Public gear- ing, the Affidavit of Publication, and the Certificate of Mailing to affected property owners. Chairman VanNest Introduced Mayor Robert Searles.
