City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />Subdivision 3 (C) to permit the constiuction of a shelter building and per <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 19 to permit certain excavation, fill and <br />grading projects, subject to the following condi,:ioris: <br />1. The following excavation, grading, sni filling projects are <br />hereby approved subject to the applicant ob_airir.g a grading <br />permit once each year for projects to be completed in that year: <br />a) <br />Extension of <br />tee <br />A4, <br />approximately 30 <br />cubic <br />yards of fill. <br />b) <br />Construction <br />of <br />low <br />mounds on left <br />side <br />of fairway #11, <br />filling of approximately 75 cubic yards. <br />c) Fill in the existing bu.:' r on hole 113, approximately 20 <br />cubic yards of fill. <br />d) Pond on fairway #5, 350 cubic yards excavation. <br />e) Rebuild bunkers at rear of hole #E, approximately 1000 cubic <br />yards of fill. <br />f) Extension of the tee #17, filling of. approximately 370 cubic <br />yards. <br />2. Proper plans must be bubmitted to the building 1epartment for <br />review and a building permit for the shelter building must be <br />obtained prior to commencement of construction. <br />3. All filled, graded or excavated areas shall be protected from <br />causing sediment erosion into adjacent waterways by methoas <br />deemed appropriate by the City Inspector until such time that the <br />areas in question are revegetated. <br />4. The applicant shall notify the City 24 hocrs in advance of <br />commencement of any of the projects so that -he City Inspector <br />can be present. on the site as neceessary. <br />5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />condit:ioi,s of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate an!, aut iority granted <br />herein, and shall lie punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6. The undersigned owner has read, understood and hereby agrees to <br />the terms o: this resolution and on behalf of himse If, his heirs, <br />successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this <br />resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />
