Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as <br />follows: <br />The southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 36, <br />Township 11.8 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, <br />excluding roads; Also known as P.I.D. #36-11.8-23-43-0001 (here- <br />inafter "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to permit certain grading projects regulated under Zoning Code <br />Section 1.0.03 Subdivision 19 and to permit construction of a shelter <br />building per Section 10.20 Subdivision 3. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FIr.:. 7 NGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #935. <br />2. The property is located in the RR-lB Single Family Rural <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3. On July 15, 1985, the Or•r,no Planning Commission reviewed the <br />application as proposed anc, recommended approval of the various <br />projects which were deemed ,•-y City staff to be of a minor nature <br />not requiring detailed review. <br />4. The City Council reviewed this application on January <br />27, 1986 and grant-] conceptual approval for two projects <br />proposed to be immediately commenced in Spring 1986, and <br />directed staff to review the various projects anticipated to be <br />commenced later in 1986 and in future years. <br />5. The following projects were recommended by staff for approval on <br />April 14, 1986: <br />a) Extension of tee 04, filling of approximately 30 cubic yards <br />to be spread 6" deep on high ground. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
