City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION Ok THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />TEMPORARY USE OF A MOBILE HOME <br />AT THE PROPERTY LOCATFM <br />AT 3705 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Kathy and Brian Fulmer (hereinafte.- "the <br />owners") are the owners of the property located at 3705 h vz Ata <br />Boulevard (hereinafter "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the property ha3 container! uoth the residence <br />and commercial kennel business of the owners; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 2, 1986, the owners' residence was <br />completely destroyed by fire; and <br />WHEREAS, the nature and operation of the owners' <br />commercial kennel requires 24 hour attendance at the property; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a temporary mobile home can be placed on the <br />site in conformance with all setback and on site septic <br />standards. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />Orono, M;nnesoto, based upon the above findings approves the <br />temporary use of a mobile home by Brian and Kathy Fulr Y on the <br />property located at 3705 Wayzata Boulevard subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1 - The mobile home must be removed from the site prior to <br />the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the new <br />residence to be const..ucted on the property within the next <br />three months. <br />2 - Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted here__n, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />3 - The undersigned <�wners have react, understood and hereby <br />agree to the terms of this resolution on behalf of <br />t.hemselvos, their heirs, successors and ,assigns. <br />Pa9v I ()1 i <br />
