TO: Mayor. Butler <br />Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />Orono Council. Members <br />EPROM: Jeanne A. Mabusth, Zening Administrator <br />DATE: April 10, 1986 <br />SIMI : Request for the use of a temporary dwelling on <br />property located at 3705 Wayzata Blvd. <br />On April 2, 19b6, Kathy and Brian Fulmer's residence was <br />completely destroyed by fire. They have asked for permission to <br />bring in a temporary mobile home to live in while they rebuild <br />and also conduct their kennel business. In light of the business <br />conducted on the site and urgency of their need, staff gave <br />them permission to move in the mobile home - this was completed <br />on April 5, 1986. <br />The mobile unit has been located on the site in compliance with <br />all setback standards. The unit will be served by the existing <br />septic system. The mobile structure will serve as a principal. <br />structure until the new home is completed. At the time the <br />Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the new residence, the <br />mobile home unit mu•t be removed from the site. <br />The enclosed resoluticn has been drafted for your review and <br />action. <br />pp <br />
