The building inspect-r shall <br />have the final determination/authority in determining which <br />buildings are to be removed. 7n addition, members agreed that <br />Berg Ha,l r;` ^gild be removed and that the dining hall must be <br />separate fr..... the kitchen facilities. Separate building F,-:rmits <br />shall be issued for each building. <br />Planning Commission recommended that all hazardous buildings <br />or conditions be removed by October 1989 - but that staged <br />evaluation_ shall be suggested for the purpose of monitoring the <br />progress of the rehabilitat - n and to determine if established <br />goals have been met. <br />Staff will. present the Planning Commission recommendation to <br />Council for their consideration and action.
