It cannot be legally operated as a resort or <br />lodging establishment nor may food be served without these licenses. Since <br />there has been no license for the last two years, new licenses will not be <br />issued unless the facility is brought into compliance with Hennepin County <br />irdinance 3, Food Protection and Ordinance 6, Lodging Establishment Ordinance. <br />This will require a major remodeling, including a new well, septic system and <br />upgraded kitchen, cabins, toilets, and showers. <br />Before any remodeling is begun a plan must be submitted to and approved by <br />Hennepin County Environmental Health Management Group. <br />If you have any questions, please call me or Roger Carlson or Joan Gilchrist <br />at 935-1544. <br />Sincerely, <br />Debra M.
