Joe Rai-k <br />Big Island sic, jovernors <br />3416 J idaaa L;_nt <br />Minnetonka, MN 35343 <br />Dear Joe, <br />This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone <br />conversation of Tuesday, February 10, 1987. <br />A recap of the deadlines outlined are as follows: <br />- February 20, 1987 - Submission of the application for a <br />conditional use permit together with supporting documentation <br />thereby available plus the appr.priate permit fee of $250.00. <br />- March 5, 1987 - Submission of the balance of materials <br />requested for the master plan consideration. <br />- March 9, 1987 - Date of first regular Council meeting of <br />March. At this meeting should the appropriat( documentation <br />be suhmitted by t'1e two previous deadlines the staff will <br />recommend that the hazardous buildings resolutions continue <br />to he held in abeyance for two months, until the May 11, 1987 <br />meeting. <br />- March 16, 190V'7 - Thi., is the date for the regularly <br />scheduled Planning Commission at which your application, if <br />stif.'icTent documentation has been provided, wi11 be <br />considered. It is anticipated you will make a presentation <br />regarding an overview of the ^lan together with responding to <br />questions et,. <br />Regarding the additional information that has been requested <br />to supplement the master planarE the following: <br />1. Phasic-1 Main - The document that was presented on <br />December i ,, 496 that was prepared by Setter, Leach and <br />Lindstrom doe., not include some key items.
