Provide repair schedule for buil,4ings that remain. <br />11. Biq Island Veterans Camp shall be limited to 2 permanent <br />slips at the existing dock for the overnight mooring of 2 camp <br />owned boats. Applicant must seek approval from LMCD for <br />temporary use of slips. <br />12. The clean-up program shall be limited to the following <br />activities: <br />a) razing and burning of buildings <br />b) clean up and burning of debris/brush <br />c) locate and determine usability of existing septic <br />systems and well. <br />13. Any activities conducted on the property not covered by this <br />permit or not meeting the original intent of this temporary <br />permit shall result in the immediate termination of said permit <br />and all activities approved therein. <br />14. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />15. The undersigned applicant has read, inderstood and hereby <br />agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, <br />his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording <br />of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 12th day of May, <br />Mary C.
