Zoning File #1014 <br />May 7, 1986 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />3 - Locate and determine usability of septic system and well <br />The guidelines for the temporary use of the facility are as <br />follows: <br />1 - Crew to be limited to 57 workers - family members and friends <br />cannot be on camp site for the duration of temporary permit. <br />2 - Workers shall use portable gas stoves and charcoal grills for <br />cooking - open burning to be approved by fire marshall. <br />3 - Tenting is allowed only for the overnight campers <br />4 - Septic facilities to be approved by on site septic mgr - <br />Michael Gaffron. <br />5 - Hazardous buildings not removed are to remain boarded up. <br />6 - Fire extinguishers must be provided on site. <br />7 - Garbage collection shall be provided daily and water supply <br />must be approved by Orono staff. <br />8 - Provide current certificate of insurance coverage. <br />9 - Materials not able to be burned will be stored in an area <br />approved by the Orono staff until "ice in", a} which time the <br />debris will be hauled off the island. <br />10 - Provide repair schedule for buildings that remain. <br />The enclosed staff resolution has been drafted to incorporate the <br />necessary findings -ii!d conditions for the temporary use of the <br />facilty. <br />
