BIG ISLAND BOARD OF GOVERNORS <br />MEETING MINUTES - 22 JUNE 1988 <br />The meeting was called to order with Aakre, Olson Wisdorf and <br />Backes in attendence. <br />The treasurer was not available to make the treasurer's report. <br />The 8 June minutes were approved as read. <br />A motion to Nay the $1,621.50 well repair was passed. <br />A motion was passed approving the expenditure of a total of $2,363 <br />to complete 300 each of 3 pesters. <br />Aakre moved that we pay the backhoe operator $500 of the $770 <br />billed because of previous board action limiting the amount to $500. <br />The motion died for the lack of a second. Wisdorf made a motion that further <br />investigation be made prior to the payment. The notion died for a lack <br />of a second. Backes made a motion the $770 and �1.00 pipe bill be paid. <br />No second was made. Wisdorf accepted an action to Aaluate the $770 <br />and $1,300 bills for back hoe and pipe. <br />A motion was passed to authorize up to $1,500 for electrical repairs. <br />A discussion and review of action items required to be completed prior <br />to opening was reviewed and updated. <br />Motion was made to pay all normal bills and wave per diem. <br />Meetings will be held only once a month from this point forwa <br />The third Wednesd.f of the month will be the meeting date. <br />lip meeting was adjourned with the next meeting se' `or 20 July 1988 <br />St. Louis Park VFW. <br />For the record. <br />Ke kre.t �1�) <br />Secr-Lary <br />
