BIG ISL'.ND BOARD OF GOVERNORS <br />MEETII., MINUTES - 11 MAY 1988 <br />The meeting was called to o-der with Backes, Bosiqer, Gorney, <br />Olson and Wisdorf present. The following items of business were transacted. <br />The treasurer's report and the minutes of the previous meeting <br />were approved. <br />A motion was passed to accept $30,000 from Ricc '/FW per their <br />stipulations. When the money is spent properly on a picnic cooking <br />shelter the Board's responsibility to the Rice VFW will be discharged. <br />The fund raising party will be held on 20 May and Backes and <br />Bosiger will ..ttend. <br />The operation subcommittee will define by 10 June the tasks <br />required for opening. <br />A motion was passed authorizing the payment of routine bills. <br />Per diem was waved. <br />A camp manager's report was given and approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned and the next meeting set for 25 May. <br />For the Board <br />K`'fth Aakre frri <br />Secretary, <br />
