% 111G ISt AND 11U1R0 Or GOVERNORS <br />MEETING MINUTES - 20 April 1988 <br />The meeting was called to order with Morrow, Carlinton, Olson, <br />Gorney and Aakre in attendence. The following items of business <br />were transacted: <br />- John Rice Post donated $30,000 for the renovation fund at the <br />7th District VFW convention. <br />, <br />Mailing of theAmerican Legion solicitaion letter will be conducted <br />by Al Wisdorf. <br />Aakre was authorized to sign conditional use permit documents for <br />submission to Orono. <br />Gorney advised that $3,500 is available -at VFW headquarters for <br />donation to the camp. <br />A presentation was made on advertising activities in support of <br />the camp. Appropriation of $600 for development of three posters <br />was approved. <br />Per diem was waved. <br />The meeting adjourned with the next meeting to be the 11 of May. <br />For the Board <br />Keith Aakre <br />Secretary <br />
