I am sorry about <br />the delay in this answer, but, as I told you on the phone, the Commissioner <br />and Deputy Commissioner sere both replaced in the Department of Veterans <br />Affairs and a number of items have been delayed during the replacement process. <br />In the future, I will do my best to answer your inquirie, as soon as possible. <br />Because of the time restraints on this letter, I will answer as many of your <br />questions as possible and will defer comment on others that require more research. <br />will do my best to completely answer the remaining questions within 30 days. <br />Please call me if you have any questions regardin(I the following: <br />1) Attachment #I is the green form you supplied us re(iardinq tax parcel PID <br />numbers, signed by Commissioner William Gregg. - <br />2) Attachment #2. <br />3) As required by law this license is displayed at BIVC. The license is issued <br />by the h, nepin County Environmental Sanitation Department and it's number is <br />1200. 1 will send you a copy of their latest inspection report as soon as <br />possible. For your information, our lodging license number is 1201. <br />4) 1 believe you have the answer to this question. To the best of my knowledge <br />this has been applied for and is contingent upon the answer to #12. <br />�) The swimming beach is self -regulated by the campers. The swimming area is <br />roped off with floatation device's. There is also a dock in the trea. No <br />i fe guards are provi ded. <br />6) No answer available: at this time. <br />1) At this time no extensive remodeling or renovation is planned.
