Phase 3 - Operational Enhancement <br />Projects for this pha:,e will be defined based on operational needs; <br />however, the following general ground rules apply. The SE and NW <br />-yeas are for cabin development, while the NE area is dedicated to <br />tent camping. A monument has been cons•dered for inclusion in the <br />Camp and the building of a year-round house for the camp manager to <br />provide security is also a possibility. <br />
