OGLAND McDonald mentioned that the applicant did not do any <br />grading or remove any vegetation and kept the land as <br />natural as possible. <br />Kelley moved, Taylor seconded, to recommend approval <br />for an after -the -fact variance for Jamey W. Ogland <br />for property located on Big Island, Rek rd Lot 38 <br />based on the following findings and conditions: <br />1. The applicant has shown a hardship to exist. <br />2. The applicant has not removed any vegetation. <br />3.
