Council Meeting - June 29, 19'8 Mayor Van Nest moved, Massengale seconded, to approve the variance request of John Uran, Big Island, per the Planning Commission minutes of June 12, 1979, noting that this permit is being granted subject to police, fire, garbage, sewer, water and street services not being available. Mayor Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #915 Resolution #915, A Resolution i�pproving A Cond- Good Sheperd Lutheran itional Use Permit For Limited Church Service Use Church Of The Navarre Drive -In Theatre Property, subject to applicant and owner sign -off on resolution. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, presented the VETERAN'S -AMP following information to the City Council Big Island concerning Big Island Veteran's Camp stating that last year there were complaints and problems concerning rbage dump on the Vet's camp property.
