CITY of ORONO <br /> b f , <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL *� <br /> zslio NO. <br /> 468 ? <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 2, <br /> AND SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16(L)(2), <br /> FILE NO. #01-2700 <br /> WHEREAS, Vincent R. Anderson and Virginia B. Anderson, (hereinafter "the <br /> applicants")are the owners of the property located at 1855 Concordia Street within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Fagerness Woods, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.22,Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56,Subdivision 16(L)(2) to allow 49 s.f. <br /> (.53%)hardcover in the 0-75' setback area where 49 s.f. (.53%) s.f. exists and 0 s.f. (0%) is allowed <br /> to permit replacement of walkway and steps; Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56, <br /> Subdivision 16(L)(2)to allow 6,060 s.f.(34.35%)hardcover in the 75-250'setback area where 6,084 <br /> s.f. (34.49%) exists and 4,410 s.f. (25%) is allowed to permit replacement of walkways, decks and <br /> to enlarge the deck on the north side of the residence. <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on August 20,200 1,at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #01-2700. <br /> 2.
