Motion, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved, Massengale seconded, that the request LOT REARRANGEMENT & <br />for a lot rearrangement for Arvid Lc.in, 2230 Bay- COMBINATION <br />view Place and Dale Matson, 2200 Bayview Place, 2230-2200 Bayview Place <br />be approved, subject to combining with their present <br />properties !lotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />Paul Kempf, repi�senting North Star tsarina, BUILDING PERMIT i <br />discussed with the City Council their application RIP RAP PERMIT <br />for a bui'�ing permit site approval and rip rap 3324 North Shore Drive <br />permit. <br />Mr. Walt Massenga�e stated that after reviewing <br />the P3rnning Commission recommendations, it <br />appea .hat atte s are being made. <br />1. Atti to stabilize the shoreline <br />2. Stabi!.ize the lake bottom. <br />Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />application for Paul Kempf, North Star Marina, <br />conditioned on: <br />1. That the objectives be accomplished without <br />rearrangement of the natural shoreline. <br />2. That no seawall be constructed but instead <br />a favorable concept of rip rap using natural <br />materials that meet the approval of all concerned <br />agencies. <br />3. That the small house proposed to be set at <br />the shoreline not be moved to within 75' of the <br />shore. <br />4. That the site plan be approved with designated <br />3' setback area for planting on the east and west <br />side of the lot lines. <br />5. That this is not to be construed to deny <br />riparian owners the right to use their property <br />or lakeshore. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve the DIVISION <br />division for Engner Johnson, 360 North Arm Lane, 360 North Arm Lane <br />as recommended by the Planning Commission and to <br />waive the 10• park dedication fee at this time. <br />Notion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />
