Muhich <br />DATE: Septenber 10, 1975 <br />RE: Arvid Iedin - 2230 Bayview Place and <br />Dale Matson - 2200 Bayview Place <br />Lot Rearrangement (Preliminary) <br />Mr. Ledin and Mr. Matson are requesting approval of a lot split of the <br />vacant parcel 9510 to ecmbine with their respective parcels 9900 and 4510. <br />All three parcels are now substandard and the proposed rearrangement <br />would be a vast improvement to the existing conditions. It would also <br />eliminate any future problems with parcel 9510. <br />Planning Colmtissicn Action - 9-15-75 <br />Peconvend approval as this proposal would improve existing substandard <br />conditions of the three parcels involved. <br />r <br />
