Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, WARTANCE <br />read into the record the following variance 1'�, Bederwood <br />request of Randy Fredrickson, 185 Bederwood, #268 <br />dated May 11, 1977: Randy Fredrickson <br />Randy Fredrickson, 1'3 Bederwood, is requesting <br />a variance to permit addition of three bedrooms <br />and an enlarged living room bay to an existing <br />home. The contractor applied for a permit without <br />a survey. He was informed that a survey was <br />required and a variance appeared likely. lie <br />returned with a variance application May 10, 1977, <br />and within an hour a subcontractor had called for <br />a footing inspection. Inspection was refused <br />and a STOP WORK ORDER was placed on the project. <br />The excavation was already completed at that time <br />with no permit having been issued. All neighbors will be notified <br />by City prior to Council meeting. The Commission <br />did question the functioning of the septic system. <br />(Continued) <br />
