Also he noted that NSP should have an easement over his property for those wires. Mabusth Ltated that there was no etch PAgs--ent. Applicant stated that the slashed area is a proposed 12' x 24' deck. Mabusth stated that a deck is considered hardcover and that he was allowed 35% hardcover but that her calculations did not include the deck. Callahan stated that with the included deck it would bring the total hardcover to 211 over the allowed amount. Rovegno noted that th,-� length of the driveway was what was really eating up all the hardcover allowance. He noted that if they were able to move the garage closer to the street the driveway wouldn't have to be so long. Applicant stated that he wanted enough room to have both vehicles parallel rather than scrambling them around. Goetten stated that their main concern was with the excess.ve hardcover proposed.
