At first, we recommended attaching the garage
to the rear of the house but that interfered with his plans for
a first floor addition and would use up most of his grassed
rear yard. We recommended a second story addition but the
applicant advised the addition involved an expansion of the
kitchen area and a dining and family room area. He also noted
that the existing house consisted of a total of 768 sf of floor
area.
