Resolution <br />D) Walter's Port Maintenance and Improvement Association <br />The Walter's Pol t docks and slips were approved for 1985 for <br />a total of 5 slips '_ocated at the north wal 1 of the lagoon. This <br />configuration was ruched after long discussion hetween the <br />neighbors and thri C, cy, and appears to have worked wet 1, as we <br />have received nr., complaints and have had no• ncy-aLive comnnents <br />from any of the property owners. We ha— received ric complaints regarding <br />this dock facility. The,,:- � are no changes from previous:: <br />applications. The correct fees have been submitted. The City <br />has placed st ip-i l at.ions on the maximum number of slips allowed <br />(16 maximum, huc no more than 1 per existing residence for any <br />given year) and has allowed storage of the dock sections on <br />Outlot 1 near County Road 1.5 during the ater.
