Gaffron, As: <br />Date: February 14, 1.986 <br />CITY of M40 <br />ant 'Zoning Administrator <br />Subject: 1986 Joint Use Dock Licenses (Applications exhibiting <br />no changes from previous license) <br />The following joint use dock license applications have been <br />reviewed by staff and no changes from the previous licenses are <br />indicated. Staff recommends approval of these 1986 Joint Use <br />Dock Licenses per the resol.,t.ic attached. A brief decripti.on <br />of each application appears below. <br />A) Forest Arms Country Club Addition Homeowners Association <br />Application is for 14 slips as per previous applications. <br />Our approval each year has been for a waximum boat density of 14, <br />with the yearly number of slips approved based on the number of <br />developed interior lots within the plat of Forest Arms Country <br />Club Addition, which was 13 in 1985 and is 13 for 1986. <br />Staff has received no complaints regarding this operation. <br />The proper fees have been paid. lie recommend approval per the <br />resolution attached. <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit Al - 1986 Joint Dock License Application <br />Exhibit A2 - 1986 Proposed License Approval Resolution <br />B) Navarre Cove Homeowners Association <br />This is a renewal application for 6 slips serving the <br />duplexes at 2497 - 2507 Kelly Avenue. There are no changes from <br />previous applications and we have received no complaints about <br />the operati,�,n. The cor- act fees have been submitted. Staff <br />recommends approval per the resolution attached. <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit B1 - 1986 point D(_•c:k License Apnli,_ -i.on <br />Exhibit B2 - 1S86 Proposed License Approval Resolution <br />C) Victor -.a Estates Homeowners Association <br />The applicants request a renewal license for their joint use <br />clock which serves the 6 lots within the plat of Victoria Estates. <br />Resolution 962 limits this join._ use to a maximum of 6 boats <br />regardless; of the stage of development of the plat. Three of the <br />six lots are currently developed. <br />St, has r-ecuived no complaints regardinq this joint use <br />.lock, ana notes no changes frow the previous years application. <br />Staff recommends approval of s.ix slips for the 1986 license per <br />the attached resolution. <br />
