They have a right to be heard!
It is my opinion that the residents of Orono warit to he heard.
".'hey will not tolerate the high-handed "ciosed door" policy
practiced by some members of this council. We have had elections
in Urono, but to the best of my knowledge we have never had a
coronation.
The citizens of Orono will not qive up their right to be heard
on any issue or at any public meeting which impacts on their
lives. In the last elect.on, Orono voters plainly indicated
their desires to be a part of vital isP,)Ar in the comrr:vnity.
I call upon, the "Crucified Taxpa-er s" and the voters of Orono
to )oin me in finding candidates worthy of our trust who believe
in government "of the people, for the people, and (MOST IMP"PTANTLY)
9Y the people."
Let us elect Council members who will be responsive to our views
and our input, even if we are "ignorant".
