You also enclosed a sui-itmary of <br />court dispositions For citations issued by the water Patrol <br />during 1984. Based on a review of that disposition summary <br />and our own experience relating to the handling of prosecu- <br />tion matters, we would estimate that we would be able to <br />provide proser.ution serv!ces for the LMCD (assuming a <br />similar case load as 1984) for $2,665.00. This woould <br />include attendance at ar aignments for the District, atten- <br />dance at pretrials and the handling of court trials. This <br />would also include the preparation of formal complaints for <br />those ci• tions which aro issued 'Co which the defendant does <br />not respond. of course, should the prosecution load for the <br />district increase substantially our estimate would change as <br />well.
