I <br />have talked to Officer English durina the year, evaluated <br />his work, checked his field training officer reports, and <br />find one problem continuing to cause some concern. This is <br />an attitude problem that causes sorne concern amonci his <br />fellow officers. <br />The mechanical portion of his work has been acceptable, so <br />I request his probation be extended for six months with a <br />three month review. <br />
