Based <br />on <br />the <br />City's Personnel Rubs his probationary <br />period will be <br />up <br />on <br />February 11, 1986. Based on <br />the recommendation of Chief <br />Kilbo <br />together with the authority ii, <br />the resolution, his probation <br />is <br />being extended for a maximum <br />of six months with it review <br />at <br />the <br />three month mark to see if it <br />is appropriate to continue. <br />14hile mechanically Officer English has performed in a <br />satisfactory manner there are certain aspects that the Chief <br />1esires to work more cloaely with Officer English under <br />supervision that we will be accomp.isr:ing, particularly in the <br />next three months. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended that the Council concur with the extension of <br />probation for Officer English from February 11, 1986, to August <br />11, 1986. Additionally that he be reviewer' at the three month <br />mark to make a preliminary decision regarding his ontinued <br />status with tht, City of Orono at. that point. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by , that the C:.ty <br />Council extend the probation ...off Off icer.
