There was no one present from the <br />public. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained <br />`his application is regarding the pond that was <br />...onstructed laFt winter. It was suggested to the <br />applicant to bring in an overall landscape plan for <br />a short review and for overall approval of small <br />projects. The pond constructed is approximately <br />25x75' and approximately 5 feet deep. T1.e bank <br />slopes are about 3:1 to 4:1. <br />Lindblad noted that when they dug the pond on <br />Highway 1.2 four years ago, they were brought before <br />the Planning Commirs;.on at that time and - re told <br />that they had a grandfather clause that exis_s from <br />the day of construction back in 1956. A permit <br />would not, be requirer' each time some dirt was <br />moved. <br />
