121B6.7 <br />TO: Mayor and Citv Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />J <br />DATE: January 17, 1986 <br />SVWWT: 1986 Board of Review <br />As discussed with several of you, we will attempt to establish <br />Tuesday, May 27, 1986, at 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 p.m. as the Board of <br />Review for 1986. This is also the regular Council meeting which <br />will begin at 7:00 p.m. It is anticipated that only S to 6 <br />persons will be attendance for the Board of R^view and that <br />should it take longer than the hour that we will ^ether run into <br />the Council meeting time or reschedule for another night, if it <br />looks like a substantial task. Additionally we will try to <br />balance the agenda for that night so that should there look to be <br />a lot of appeals that the agenda for regular items will be very <br />small. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by I that the Council <br />set 6:90 p.m., May 27, 1986, as the time an3-date fo! the 1986 <br />Board of Review.
