MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL. MEETING HELD JANUARY 13, 1986 <br />11 000 W I I.1. I AM WEAR continued <br />Acting Mayor Adams stated that he felt there was too <br />much signage already and that the current signage plan <br />in that area is disorganzied and feels adversel• about <br />adding another sign. <br />Mr. Wear stated that the previous signage plan was <br />obviously not adequate and that thc. tenants are entitled <br />to bpi able to identify themselves. He noted that the <br />problem is that there are two sides to the building. <br />Councilmember Grabek stated that the drawing of the <br />proposed sign was not adequate to base approval on. <br />Acting Mayor Adams stated that he felt the existing sign <br />sh:,uld be redesigned to meet the applicants needs. <br />It was -tioved by Councilmember Grabek, seconded by <br />Counrilmember Frahm, to table this request for further <br />detail and study. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />#1001 CHARLES GARRITY <br />2701 KELLY AVENUE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION 11909 <br />City Admir,i.strato. Bernhardson explained the request to <br />bus ' d a new home on an establ i ::':ed residenti& l lot.
