MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JANUARY 13, 1986 <br />#996 JAMES MCNAUGHTON continued <br />suitable undcr a fu' 1-year usage and in this climate. <br />James McNaughton was present for this matter and <br />stated that the original proposal was not designed for <br />permanent daily use. He also noted the need for a turn <br />around for safe access onto Shadywood Road. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator 'Saffron further explained <br />the new proposed plan, noting that applicant had <br />demonstrated he could install j paved driveway which <br />would increase hardcover to just under 35%. <br />Councilmember .Frahm stated that he felt stronqly about <br />not granting additional variances, especially regarding <br />hardcover, to new pro sects like this one which were <br />previously granted a variance to be allowed to be built. <br />It was moved by C:unci.lm.ember Hammerel, seconded t,y <br />Councilmember Grabek to adopt Resolution #1908 approving <br />the variance P' loreing a maximum of 35% hardcover. <br />Motion, Ayes " Jays 1.
