On jobs where more than one pioce of equipment is to be rented, the City <br />reservc-s the right to rent all the equipment from one bidder in which <br />case the combined rental rates will determine the successful <br />contractor. <br />METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment shall be made at the bid price per hour of <br />rent<:1. The contractor shell not be paid for time on the job wF-!n his <br />Equipment is not operating. Moving time to and from the site is <br />considered as incidental to the work and no additional payment will be <br />made for moving.
