The southern parking lot is not used by customers using upper <br />levels probably because of poor condition of access stairs to upper levels <br />and lack of si.gnage advisinc of available parking area to rear. The <br />southern park,.ng lot has never been used to full capcaity. <br />Staff has no knowledge of new use proposed for 2,600 s.f. addition and <br />finds it difficult to make any recomm-ndation concerning parking needs for <br />this use. With the 1,000 s.f. commercial expansion within the drug store, <br />the total parking demand of 104 spaces with 81 existing spaces does not <br />appear a problem. <br />
