New restaurant use to be approved by Hennepin County Health <br />Department. <br />2. Restaurant must hook tip to municipal water. <br />3. Staff to approve final signage to be provided on site. All <br />signage to meet standards of Section 10.61 Subdivision (3). <br />4. Applicant to provide copy of executed agreement confirming <br />that Keaveny will provide at least 1 stall for restaurant use to <br />rear of lower level of property. <br />5. Staff to approve final landscape plan - plantings at <br />intersection and along County Rd. 15 must be limited to 3 feet <br />height so as not to interfere with sighting at intersection of <br />Kelly Ave. and County Rd. 15. <br />6. Desigi if access at Kelly Ave. to be amended per City Engineer's <br />recommendation. <br />7. County Highway Dept. has requested that all improvements <br />within defined right-of-way be installed with bituminous <br />covering. <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Give staff conceptual direction to draft a resolution of approval for <br />formal action at the time the Keaveny subdivision receives final plat <br />approval. <br />
