City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />5. The City Council finds that granting a Conditional 13f,,e Permit to <br />allow :he applicant to maintain his qoat is a house pet will not be <br />detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of the public, <br />would not adversely affect light, air nor pose a fire hazard or otter <br />danger to neighboring properties, nor will it depreciate surrounding <br />property values and that the proposed level of use of the property <br />will be in keepinq with the intent and objectives of the Zoning Code <br />and Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER KND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or mor, of the above findings, the Orono City <br />Council hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code <br />Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (K) to ?ermit the applicant to maintain his <br />pigmy goat within his residence, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. its permit is grant,..1 to the applicant for the keeping of a <br />si : pigmy goat referred to as "Billy" any change in the number or <br />species of "exotic" animals maintained by applicant shall require a <br />new conditional use permit. <br />2. The City Council hereby reserves the right to review and/or modify <br />this conditional use permit if at any time in the future the main- <br />tenance of the pigmy goat is found to be detrimental to the health, <br />safety and public welfare of r, c,-izens. <br />3.
