You will <br />find side by side comparison of the two, together with an <br />attached r_omentary to indicata to you tale primary changes adopted <br />to the new policy. <br />These policies were developed over a series of five meetings with <br />staff together with review by the City Attorney. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended that the Council discuss any questions or <br />comments they may have it the meeting on November 12th and that <br />the matter be tabled for further discussion until November 25th <br />at which time staff will be recommending adoption of the rules by <br />resolution. <br />PROP MOTION - It was moved by _, seconded by , that the <br />C.it} Council teble consideration of the rules until its November <br />25, 1985 meeting.
