Due to the fact thzit it is much more defined <br />then the alley itself, it has frequent'.y been mistaken for the alley. <br />:his has further increased the trespassing upon Mr. Halverson's <br />property. For Wese reasons, Mr. Halverson requests that the City <br />Cancil take the following; action: <br />1. Vacate the Alley <br />a. The City would have no further obligation to maintain the alley. <br />b. The City would not be liable for any personal injuries sustained <br />in the alley. <br />c . The Property would be put back on the tax rolls. <br />d. Mr. Halverson and the property owner of Lot 23 would have <br />cuiplete control over the alley. <br />e. Th,2 problems caused by the current use of the alley would be <br />el _mi.nated. <br />'? . Block _Off the Alley <br />a. the City would have no further obligation to maintain the alley. <br />b.
