City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1 (, 21 <br />3. All conditions of Resolution 1058 approving the plat <br />of Navarre Cove, which applied to the property now <br />redivided as Kelly Cove, shall continue, in effect <br />inf~luding the flowage and conservation easement over <br />1:.e wetlands area, continued use of Out -lot A, Navarre <br />Cove, as joint use dock area, private easements for <br />walking purposes via Lot 3, Block ' Navarre Cove <br />4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed oy the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before <br />October 23, 1984 together with a certified original copy <br />of t'-;.s resolution and all other documents noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br />not been filed by the date specified above.
