Effective January 1, 2026, Orono Fire ❑epartment will be dissolving due the Joint <br />Power Agreement that was created between the City of Orono and City of Long Lake. <br />The City of Orono would like to thank you for your service in keeping the residents of Orono safe and <br />hope you continue serving the community of Long Lake and Orono through Shoreline Fire Department. <br />Your last paycheck from the City of Orono will be paid out on January 8, 2026 and 2025 W2s will be <br />mailed to you in January 2026 from the City of Orono. <br />Sincerely, <br />Adam T.
