Get our preventive bridge maintenance done. Continue the <br />work on the targeted street sweeping plan. locus efforts on reducing the amount of salt we use on our streets. <br />2 Stormwater: In 2020 focus on ensuring the numerous storm water maintenance tasks that have been identified and will <br />be identified are completed- <br />3 Equipment: Continue to work equipment into our asset/ work management system. Lead the implementation of a <br />preventive (proactive) maintenance system for 2020. <br />DEVELOPMENT/TRAINING GOALS <br />Copy and paste the development and training goals set at the beginning of the evaluation period here. <br />Complete 40 hours of professional development training and recertification's. Sanitary sewer revert; Shade Tree <br />recert, APWA Winter conference continuing education; Cartegraph administrator certification. <br />EMPLOYEE INPUT <br />Provide updates on progress towards goals and any assistance and/or directions you need from your supervisor to progress <br />towards your goals. <br />Roads: Salt usage in the start of this year is down 20% from previous 2 years. I've instituted a new sweeping <br />program with the spring sweeping completed successfully. <br />Stormwater: I've completed the remainingg htS4 inspection that had not been completed in 2019. 1've noted one key improvement for 2020 and am <br />working to ensure we have sufficient funding' The is spring we did not have ant spring thaw flooding situations due to proactive maintenance of the <br />System. <br />1?quipment: The overall equipment readiness continues to improve with down time reduced form the same time last year. We completed new <br />equipment training for the new Toolcat prior to its use for winter trial maintenance. <br />i.eadership and %tanagcmcnt- We've successfully on boarded two new employees. So far to date we are under budget on the budget lines Cm <br />responsible for. We had no reportable accidents in the first 6 months of the year. <br />Training- 1 completed my shade tree recert via online training.
